So, you find yourself without a good-sounding place to record your VO. Well, one of the best designed acoustic spaces on earth is the modern automobile. So, if all else fails, get in that car and find a nice scenic rural roadside. Pull over, kill the engine, shush the cows, and then hit record.
Find a quiet place and record in your car.
